 - Confirmation text message or paper certificate issued by public health center(valid for 48 hours)

[Recovered from COVID-19] Quarantine Release Certificate
 - Issued by public health center(valid for 6 months)
 
[Unvaccinated for Inevitable Reasons] Confirmation of Exemption from Vaccination
 - In the case of delayed vaccination due to medical reasons such as immunodeficiency or anticancer drug administration, submit doctor's written diagnosis or opinion to the public health center for issuance
